Tim’s wild best friend, Jason, helps him gain secret access to the
internet, opening a whole new world of possibilities. Tim soon
develops an online friendship that even Jason warns him not to
pursue.
“You just don’t understand computer friendships,” Tim tells Jason.
Jason’s response? “Maybe I don’t. But I know how the real world
works. And, buddy, you need to get a clue.”
By the time Tim realizes Jason’s right, it’s too late. He’s told too
many secrets, giving a dangerous stranger access to all he holds
dear.
Tim has learned a valuable lesson. The problem is, he’s not sure he’
ll live long enough to put it to use.
